Vanessa Lindlaw provides media relations and community outreach for clients including Pacific Gas and Electric Company, Accent Energy, AF Evans, Cleaire Advanced Emission Controls, Metrolink, and San Francisco’s Exploratorium museum. She provides message development, arranges media events, develops collateral material, places stories, and acts as a spokesperson for Solem clients.
Vanessa organized community outreach surrounding the closing ceremony to PG&E’s Hunters Point Power Plant in San Francisco by writing quarterly newsletters and planning community meetings for the May 2006 event. She also conducted media relations for the 100th Anniversary Earthquake Conference in April 2006, which garnered international media attention
Previously, Vanessa worked in media relations at FOX News Channel in Washington, D.C. She was responsible for promoting the channel’s public affairs program “FOX News Sunday” as well as “You Decide 2004” election coverage. Prior to that, she worked at ABC News in Washington providing media relations for “Nightline” and the public affairs program, “This Week.” She also worked in marketing and public relations for a residential real estate firm in North Lake Tahoe, where media coverage named the Broker someone “to watch” by the Reno Gazette Journal.
Vanessa graduated from the University of Richmond with a degree in Business Administration and concentration in Marketing. |
