 Kirk Cowgill provides media relations and community outreach services for Solem & Associates. He is also constantly working on new ways to have his clients seen as thought leaders in their respective industries, speaking at conferences and tradeshows and authoring articles.
Kirk joined Solem & Associates in 2010, focusing on clients such as the Heart Health Institute, PG&E, the Alameda County Congestion Management Agency, K to College and Degenkolb.
Kirk earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California at Davis. As an undergraduate, he interned for California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger in his campaign war room, ensuring that the governor's communications team had all the tools and knowledge necessary to deliver the most effective message possible. Prior to Solem & Associates, he was a District Representative for the California Senate, working in the office of Senator Dave Cox.
