As Senior Vice President, Anne Jeffrey serves a dual role in overseeing the business management of the agency and managing a number of client political and research accounts.

Anne managed the campaign to pass a $38 million school construction bond measure in Marin County for the Reed Union School District (Tiburon, CA). Previously, she directed a successful $121 million school bond campaign for the Tamalpais Union High School District, also in Marin County, and managed a successful campaign on behalf of four Marin County judges who were facing possible recall. She also developed a campaign plan for Marin County District Attorney Paula Kamena who subsequently overwhelmingly defeated a recall effort.

Anne also serves as vice president of SA|Opinion Research, the firm's research division. In this capacity she directs all phases of the firm's qualitative research and works with the research director on quantitative research design, questionnaire development and analysis. Most recently Anne was the lead team member on quantitative research projects for the Kentfield School District, the Mill Valley School District, the Reed Union School District, the Tamalpais Union High School District, Marin General Hospital, Tuolumne Investors, Ltd., the Cities of Mill Valley, Novato and Fairfield and the Town of Corte Madera. Her recent qualitative projects include moderating focus groups for the Hospital Council of Northern and Central California, Marin General Hospital, the Redwoods Retirement Community, a joint venture of Calpine Corporation and Bechtel Enterprises, and the Pacific Gas and Electric Company.

Anne is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Arts degree in history. She is a resident of Mill Valley where she is actively involved in community service. She is a member of the Board of Directors of The Redwoods, a residential facility for seniors and a graduate of the Mill Valley Chamber of Commerce's Mill Valley Leadership Program. Ms. Jeffrey served as vice-chair of the Southern Marin County Congestion Management Advisory Committee and is a former member of the Mill Valley Parks and Recreation Commission.
