The chief executive of a healthcare organization was concerned that the organization's board of directors and executive staff seemed to be working at cross-purposes. SA|Opinion Research was retained to conduct in-depth executive interviews with board members and the executive staff. The research clearly illustrated areas of misunderstanding, disagreement regarding goals, and areas of agreement. The research results were used as a tool for improving board/staff communications and goal setting.
